100 Things I Love about Travel – #39 – #30
We’re nearing the end, with only a few more weeks to go on 100 Things I Love about Travel. I’ve seen a pretty good response from this series, and I’d love to get some more comments. Even better, I’d love to see other travel lovers out there come up with their own lists of what they love about travel. There are so many incredible things about traveling, whether it’s a weekend trip to a nearby locale or a lengthy trip around the world. There’s something to love for everyone, and with everyone’s differing opinions, I’m sure we could come up with some incredible lists.
If you’re new here or don’t know what this series is about, be sure to check out the explanation on the very first post, #100-#90. Then go back through and look at all the other things I love about travel.
And now, #39-30 of the photo series 100 Things I Love about Travel. Enjoy, feel free to offer any and all comments below, and share on your favorite social media sites!
39. Acting like a kid
38. Riding motorbikes
37. Spaceships
36. Picturesque Bays
35. Mystical-looking places
34. Chico the Dog
33. Haka
32. Fondue and Ribs
31. Beautiful Countryside
30. Floating river markets
And to top off our list today, we have a video from our day of tubing in Vang Vieng, Laos. If you know nothing about this, it’s a right of passage of sorts for backpackers in SE Asia, and while a great time, the whole thing is a bit ridiculous. This video was taken at one of the “bars” along the river, and this particular bar had a homemade waterslide. A friend we met, Marcus, and I provide the commentary.
